40 and 10 Meter Monoband Antennas

2 Element 40

The lower of the two antenna at the top of the tower is a 2 element 40 meter monoband antenna - Cushcraft 402XA. It is at the 100 foot level. Plans for 2008 include converting this antenna to a MOXON configuration, details of which can be found here on K3LR's outstanding web site.

6 Element 10

The top antenna is a 6 element 10 meter monoband antenna - A modified KLM 10M6 at the 109 foot level.

Future Expansion

A duplicate set of 40 and 10 meter monobanders are planned for installation on a swing arm at the 60 foot level. These antennas can be operated in independently or in "stacked" with their matching antenna at the top of the tower.
