2+ years of experience supporting small businesses and startups with bookkeeping, financial data entry, and day-to-day accounting operations

  • Accurate and timely data entry of daily financial transactions including sales, purchases, and expenses

  • Managing accounts receivables and payables, tracking outstanding invoices and due payments

  • Recording and maintaining organized financial records and ledgers

  • Preparing and updating spreadsheets for budget tracking, reconciliations, and reporting

  • Supporting month-end and year-end close procedures with accurate journal entries and documentation

  • Assisting in generating standard financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

  • Supporting project-based accounting activities such as expense categorization and vendor tracking
