  • Proven ability to manage and organize real estate documents and contracts (e.g., leases, purchase agreements - basic understanding of terminology)

  • Highly accurate in data entry for listings, client databases, and transaction records

  • Excellent skills in scheduling appointments, coordinating showings, and managing calendars for multiple stakeholders

  • Experience in transaction coordination, including liaising with clients, escrow companies, and other parties (following established processes)

  • Proficient in managing email communication and maintaining organized correspondence

  • Skilled in preparing basic reports and summaries related to administrative tasks

  • Strong time management and prioritization skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
