  • Organizing project-wise vendor folders for easy reference and audit readiness

  • Keeping a clear tracker of upcoming requirements and scheduled deliveries

  • Creating and updating procurement logs and vendor communication sheets

  • Monitoring follow-up cycles to ensure no quote or order is missed

  • Tagging and naming documents properly for easy version control and historical tracking
