1+ year of experience as a Virtual Assistant supporting operations teams, with a focus on administrative and transaction support.

  • Manage and organize real estate documents and contracts (e.g., leases, purchase agreements).

  • Accurate in data entry for listings, client databases, and transaction records.

  • Schedule appointments and coordinate showings across calendars.

  • Liaise with clients, escrow companies, and third parties.

  • Proficient in managing email communication and organized correspondence.

  • Prepare basic reports and administrative summaries.

  • Prioritize multiple tasks with strong time management.
